Don’t worry, you don’t need to know everything ;-) though feel encouraged to use the manuals when having any doubt or questions about our processes.
At Catfarm we empower people to find the best versions of themselves. Through non-formal education, trainings, workshops and community life we provide the space for curious people to find new ways of creating positive outcomes with limited resources.
We merge people’s skills and knowledge to develop projects, trainings, events, and hope to flourish into a self-sufficient paradise. Together, through sharing openly in a place of safety we can make anything possible. We invite you to INSPIRE, GROW AND SHARE TOGETHER!
We have officially become an NGO in 2018, besides the community life aspect, we are also running an actual organization.
In Catfarm, we strive to work together in harmony and without hierarchy. To arrive at this purpose, holacracy was introduced in our community! Holacracy is a method of decentralized management and organizational governance, which claims to distribute authority and decision-making through a holarchy of self-organizing teams formed by roles.
