VISITORS AND GUESTS ARE:

• Someone that comes to Catfarm with the idea of visiting and discovering the community and the place for MAXIMUM ONE WEEK, without starting the process of being a volunteer.
• Old cats staying for MAXIMUM ONE WEEK.
• Friend/partner/family member/etc. of one of the volunteers in CF, staying as guests for MAXIMUM ONE WEEK.
• People from partner organizations in our projects that come for work related meetings.

WAYS OF BEING A VISITOR/GUEST IN CATFARM

• For reasons of social, organizational and physical limits, Catfarm can host 3 GUESTS MAX AT THE SAME TIME.

The contribution that the guest/visitor can give to Catfarm are of two kinds and the person can choose and communicate in advance which one they want to adopt:

• Money contribution -> They pay 4 euro per day for food (including weekend days). These are the visitors that:

-Come in between Monday to Friday and don’t contribute volunteering in the community.

-Come only during weekend days.

• Volunteering contribution -> they don’t pay for food but they contribute with volunteering hours. These are the visitors that:

-Come in days between Monday to Friday and give a volunteering contribution of around 6 hours per day. They also participate in morning meetings.

-If they stay from Monday to Friday contributing with volunteering hours and they stay also over the weekend, they don’t have to pay for food for the weekend either.

PROCESS FOR HOSTING A VISITOR

• In CF we don’t have the capacity to welcome spontaneous visitors -> they should contact us one week before coming, so that we can decide with them a day for a visit.
