A creative and introspective acivity I’ve prepared to check how people in the group are doing. See the image to understand how to prepare the paper: Everyone takes some time to decide how to represent themselves (they can draw a portrait of them, or chose an animal or represent themselves) however they feel. then on the side they draw 3 lines to create 3 spaces: Mind (thoughts), heart (emotions), body (physical sensations and feelings). Then everyone has some time to reflect and write down:

MIND - THOUGHTS

thinking about the last week and the present moment, what kind of thoughts were/are mostly present in your mind?

Positive ones (for ex "I can do this", or "I can express my self here, I am safe") or challenging ones? (For ex. "i am not as good as the others", "I will not be able to do this...)

Which were the most frequent?

Was there a thought that was particularly recurrent?

Is there something you can do to take care of challenging thoughts?

HEART - EMOTIONS

thinking about the last week and the present moment, what kind of emotions were mostly present in your heart?

Positive ones (for ex happiness, satisfaction...) or challenging ones? (Sadness, fear, anger...)

Which were the most frequent?

Was there an emotion that was particularly recurrent?

What can you do to take care of challenging emotions or invite more of the positive ones next week?

BODY - PHYSICAL SENSATIONS AND FEELINGS

Thinking about the last week and the present moment, what are the body sensations and feelings thst you have/can recall in your memory?

For example, did you feel/are you feeling rested, energetic, relaxed, or tired, restless, tense, sore in some parts? Which parts? How was your sleep, appetite...?

Is there something you can do to take care of your body in the next week? To feel relaxed, or taken care of, or energetic... but also, about habits: take some rest, eat differently...?

Take time also to explain that:
