A theory by Kelley and Conner about how in average people react to new situations and changes, included moving to a new place, a change in daily life, culture, starting a new project… It’s a good theory to have in mind and eventually to show to the volunteers so that they could have an idea of how the new experience in CF could make them feel and also, when they feel overwhelmed, they could feel not alone, but part of a common process, and also, on internet it’s possible to find propositions of tools and techniques, in general things to do to precess hard emotions and go beyond blockages, and more in general how to take the best from every stage of the cycle.
